Very comfortable highland style hotel with all service u need. Thomas - the owner is a great chef and story teller. The food is delicious including amazing walnut cake dessert. Both the hotel and the Village of Osturna are really worth visiting for their original charm.

Penzion Europa is really nice place. The owner is so kind to all guests. They've got home made food (breakfast, dinner). The price is very reasonable, in my opinion if they ask little more, it would be fine too:)Rooms were very clean. It's a quite place, suitable for families, or just hang out with friends.

We genuinely stumbled on Penzion Europa - lucky as it was the only place to stay in miles, but more so because it is an exceptionally comfortable, warm, hospitable place to stay set in the most stunning scenery in Slovakia. The owner, Thom, could not have been more helpful or thoughtful, including tracking us down via our home in the UK to let me know I had left my Visa!! A wonderful stay. We cant wait to return with our children. Percy and Nancy

The pension is situated in a picturesque village of Osturna. We had amazing time with the Manager and enjoyed delicious food prepared by the chef who is a real food lover. Rooms are very comfortable and whole pension is very elegant and lovely. I definitely recommend to visit this place.
