V hoteli sme organizovali malú rodinnú svadbu a hlavne na dialku. Maximálna spokojnosť a vrelo doporučujeme.Jednanie, ustretovosť na jedničku s vedením hotelu, celkovo prijemný a ochotný personál celého hotelu, krásné priestory a útulné apartmá za nás niet čo vytknúť.Celý pobyt sme sa cítili skvelo.

Nebol som ubytovaný, navštívil som iba wellness. Nie je veľký ale má všetko čo treba, sauny, vírivku, ochladzovaci bazén. Príjemná atmosféra. Čisto.

Slusny hotel s dobrou polohou. Personal prijemny a napomocny. Izby ciste a dostatocne velke. Wifi som neskusal. Parkovanie na dvoch mensich parkoviskach priamo pri objekte. Pre mna velmi hruba perina a v izbe bolo aj pri otvorenom okne teplo. Ranajky dostatocne pestre a chutne. Cena trosku vyssia ako v inych 4* hoteloch ale velky rozdiel tam nie je.

The hotel is very well located in Humenné, close to the centre of town and the railway station. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming and the rooms clean and comfortable.Hotel restaurant was good and breakfast decent. Overall a very good value hotel, recommended.

I was here already many times, the quality is still nearly the same, but during the time it is just getting cheaper. The staff is nice, the room is Ok, wifi works well, parking is finally solved in front of hotel (there are parking lots on the side, but bad quality). Bedding a bit old, but aircon there, so no sleep problem. Only bad thing is restaurant, waited 10 mins, but nobody appeared to serve.

The hotel is situated in between Humennè train station and the town centre and as such is a perfect location. The rooms had everything we needed (very impressed with the shower!) and the restaurant didn’t let us down at breakfast or dinner. The 5 star rating is earned by the staff though. Very, very helpful and accommodating and only too happy to go the extra mile (or 90 km) for us

warm welcome from a reception ladies. very and surprisingly clean room and bathroom.strangely operations of the elevator or lift. Good beer and food .clean a tidy restaurant. Nice outside seating's.

We shoudlk have originally reached this hotel around 6.00pm but, driving from Kiev in the Ukraine, we were held up at the border checkpoint for nearly eight hours so eventually reached here after 1.00am! Friendly receptionist checked us in then sorted a beer for us which was just what we needed. A good nights sleep in a lovely comfortable room and a luxurious bathroom thrown in. Impressive hotel with a lovely breakfast and all good value!
