This is the place to stay for your holiday in High Tatras. It has great location, pleasant and CLEAN rooms well furnished, comfy beds. The staff is kind and always helpful - they deal with all requests asap. Food is excellent and the children's corner close by dining room makes it easy for parents to enjoy their meals. Polana is the best choice you can make - I highly recommend.

Polana is a nice ‘family’ hotel, rooms are clean and spacious and breakfast was ok, coffee and tea could be better. Staff is great, helpful and friendly. It is a simple place that you can rest after long day on slopes. The building is amazing and must have been a real architectural gem many years ago. Would come again.

Our second visit to Pension Pol'ana - its a great low cost base to explore the Tatras Mountains.I can't think of any faults - great value for money, kind attentive staff, wonderful breakfast, clean basic rooms ensuite with piping hot shower.We will be visiting again next year - our kids love it.

Very kind and helpful staff, clean, homelike, friendly place in a beautiful environment. Large selection at breakfast, really tasty pizza at the pizzeria.. etc. They provide everything what you need. Everything was perfect!! :) Thank you for the great accomodation!

The place is clean, nice, comfy, the rooms are fine, the personnel is kind and helpful. It is not far from the city centre. We have had a fine night here and the generous breakfast has left an excellent final impression behind. Thank you for all that :-)
