Had small chicken gyro entree w rides and salad. Deeelicious, a bit salty and the salad could use some dressing but truly hit the spot. Warm fresh baked bread and dips excellent too, esp spicy feta spread.

I always loved Efes food and service, but since they finished the dining room upstairs, it is even better. Same great food, even though it seems they tweak things each time...for the better. if you like good Mediterranean Food, and you are in the New Brunswick area, Efe's is the place

After getting a major surgery I was looking for healthy, nourishing, tasty food that was kind to my stomach. Several of my doctors and nurses in the ICU recommended Efes. I am so glad they did- the food fit the bill perfectly and was so delicious that we ordered it several times during our short stay in NJ. Every dish we got was excellent and nutritious. Our favorites: lentil soup, cacik, gyro sandwich, falafel in hummus, shepherds salad, and of course the delicious baklava.

A simple Meditteranean restaurant with 5 star food. I love this place. My fav: Grilled chicken meal, with lentil soup and falafel balls. Outstanding.
