Crisp, professional staff give shine to this older hotel. I have been staying at this hotel for business since August, 2021. The staff provided gracious service during the first Summer of post Covid travel. I was staying for six weeks and they provided a larger room since I would be with them so long. I have stayed there many times since and have always enjoyed a wonderful stay.

In this hotel you can enjoy business or holidays. Very warm and friendly staff, very clean rooms and public places. Excellent food in breakfast and also for lunch or dinner. Every time you can find someone to help you for everything.

Breakfast is amazing with great coffee, English breakfast and you can even have smoked salmon and tomato juice. The spa is average as there is a steam room, a sauna and a small pool. Staff is friendly everywhere and very helpful. Rooms come with an iron, a safety box and delicious tea assortments. Their gym is small but well-equipped.

could not ask for any better hotel, staff, food excellent.would go back tomorrow if i could would recommend this hotel to everyone who is going on holiday to Bratislava.phil & margo 15/7/ 2016 lots to do and see we went a day cruise down the danube to vienna which is also a beautiul city.

We visited Crown Plaza in Bratislava , location is just 5 minutes walk from the attractions, staff at the reception is very attentive and helpful, she gave us a lot of information about the city sight seeing ( sorry forgot her name )I will definitely recommend the hotel

I was there one week for business and I would come back (even for vacation!) The place looks new, great breakfast and walking distance from city center! Friendly service at the hotel and nice restaurants nearby.
